Shipping, returns & missing pieces

Your custom preview is provided within one week. Approve the design before paying; we’ll confirm shipping timing before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as your kit is unbuilt. Opened bags or packaging are welcome.

If pieces arrive missing or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
