Where we ship

United States: We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO.

International: If enabled, international shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, no minimum required.
Processing time

In-stock mosaic kits: Usually ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Estimated transit times (U.S.)

Standard: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Carriers & packaging
-
We primarily use USPS for U.S. orders.

Kits are securely boxed to protect tiles and baseplates. We aim to minimize excess packaging.
Address changes & order edits
-
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, contact us before your order ships. Once a label is created, we may be unable to modify it.
Undeliverable / returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it.

U.S. reship: free once as a courtesy if the original label shows our typo; otherwise, a reship fee may apply.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the box and contents. We’ll replace missing/damaged pieces or send a replacement kit when appropriate.
Split shipments

Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Holiday & peak season notes

During November–December and other peak times, carriers can experience delays. Order early to ensure on-time arrival.
International shipping (optional section)

Transit times vary by destination and service level; most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Duties/taxes/VAT are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
